HOW TO ORDER

How to order

1) Add all products you wish to buy to your cart and then submit your order;
2) In our office in Sofia, Krasno selo, 194 �Hubcha� Str.
3) By telephone 955 75 78, 955 6260 every workday from 9:00AM till 6:00PM;
4) By fax every work day from 9:00AM till 6:00PM. Please remember to include full contact information;
5) By e-mail at the provided e-mail addresses of every branch of BG Contact in the country;

Payment methods

1) Wire transfer after the approval of the payment by BG Contact Ltd.;

Bank commission is at the expenses of the client;

2) Cash payment in the office of BG Contact Ltd. in Sofia, Krasno selo, Hubcha Str., 194;

If the price you agreed to pay is denominated in foreign currency you should pay the equivalent in BGN according to the Central Bank exchange rate.

When ordering through the web page our order system is activated. An employee of BG �Contact� will contact you within 24 hours.

VAT

All prices are quoted with and without VAT. When you add products to your shopping cart VAT is still not included. You can verify the amount due just before you send your order.

Delivery

The ordered products are delivered to your address. The time for delivery is from one to three work days. The minimum amount of order for free of charge delivery is 700BGN for the country and 100BGN for Sofia. In all other cases the terms of delivery are to be agreed upon time of purchase. BG �Contact� takes full responsibility for insurance only if we chose the logistics company.
